Golden Milk is a 4,000 year-old concoction which originated in India. Not only is it delicious and comforting to drink, it boasts an amazing health-benefits resume:

- Blood sugar regulator
- Promotes restful sleep
- Improves brain function
- Improves heart health
- Improves gut health
- Eases nausea
Making Golden Milk is very simple and it can be consumed hot or cold. There are dozens of variations. I experimented a bit and found the spice combination I like best. You can adjust/add/delete items as you like. Except for the turmeric. It’s what makes Golden Milk…..golden.
